The main problem with Brandon Rogers is that I sat here for 5 minutes trying to figure out which Idol contestant I hadn't written about yet...I am a huge Idol fan, and remember almost everybody who has been on Idol ever, but I couldn't remember Brandon, who I just watched a couple of days ago.
Brandon has a good voice but he doesn't really have any idea about who he is, if you ask me. He hasn't really committed to one style of music, and I don't really know what kind of CD he would put out if he by some chance won. In addition, he isn't really a great performer and all of his performances have been pretty mediocre and boring. The one thing about American Idol is that if you are either really good or really bad you will be talked about and voted for, but when you are in the middle everybody kind of forgets about you. I don't see Brandon Rogers making it too far on American Idol...maybe to the top 9 or 10, but not much farther than that unless he does something to seperate himself from everyone else.
