The day many American Idol fans have been waiting for all season finally came last night when Sanjaya Malakar was voted off American Idol Love him or hate him, you have to admire his courage....how many people could have gone out and sang every week, knowing that the majority of America thought you were a joke. I am happy to see he is finally gone though, just because it was painful to watch him humiliate himself every week. He started off quite well..his audition was good and he did a good job during Hollywood week, but he froze when he got to the live audience. Then everybody liked him because of his hair and hilarious performances, so he took that and ran with it. He made it so much farther than anybody would have expected though, so he must have been doing something right! Sanjaya seemed like a really nice guy and I wish him all of the best throughout his 15 minutes of fame and actually look forward to seeing him on the Ameirican Idol tour this summer!
