Last night on American Idol we said goodbye to Brandon Rogers. We also got to see two of my favorite parts of the show...the group performances and the Ford commercials. I pretty much love the cheesy horrific dance moves...so much fun to watch, and it's nice to have them back because we only got like two group performances last year, which was sad.
I was very surprised by the bottom three because those were the three that really deserved to be there, and that doesn't happen very often on Idol. I'm almost glad that Haley is getting another chance, because I think if she can build her confidence a little bit she might really improve. I could care less that Brandon is gone, but definatley think that Sanjaya deserved to go...let the poor kid off the hook already, I don't know how many more weeks I can stand to watch him completley embaress himself of National TV.
Brandon had a good voice but he is definately better suited as a backup singer. His biggest problem was that he gave boring performances and was very forgettable, and that ultimately cost Brandon Rogers his chance at becoming the next American Idol!
