Last night Haley Scarnato was voted off of American Idol. I really don't think anybody expected her to even make the top 12, so I don't think she can be too upset to be voted off at the top 8.
I personally think that Haley deserved to go four or five weeks ago. Her voice wasn't all that terrible but she could not compete with the amazing vocals of all of the other girls so she had to rely upon other things to stay in the competition.
I feel really bad for her actually...Simon was way out of line with some of his comments and I don't think I would have been able to take it. Congratulations to Haley for making it this far in American Idol, and if singing is want she really wants to do then I hope she can find a way to be successful at it!
