Here are the rumored songs/performance order for American Idol tonight. As always, they are spoilers and may not be 100% accurate, but it's fun to speculate so...
- Chris Richardson- "If I Could Change The World" by Eric Clapton
- Milinda Doolittle- "There Will Come A Day" by Faith Hill
- Blake Lewis- "Imagine" by John Lennon
- LaKisha Jones- "I Believe" by Fantasia and Diana I suppose (it was the winning song season three) (sidenote: she really needs to stop singing songs by previous Idol contestants...little good can come from it)
- Phil Stacey- "The Change" by Garth Brooks (sidenote: I guess he is going to continue with the country...interersting!)
- Jordin Sparks- "You'll Never Walk Alone" from the musical "Carousel"
Apparently, Chris did pretty good this week, and so did Melinda, as always. Also, Randy told Jordin that it was the best vocal from any Idol from any season, which despite my love for Jordin, I find hard to believe. The judges were very harsh on LaKisha though, but several audience members thought it was really good. Randy thought Blake was boring, but both Simon and Paula said it was very sincere. Anyway, I am very excited about the show tonight...it should prove to be a good one! (Hopefully!) I also want to see if the ratings will go up, since Sanjaya haters seemed to think it was solely his fault that the rating were down...Make sure to watch American Idol tonight, and vote for your favorite contestants, since money will be donated per vote tonight! (they are going to have two lines for each contestant! sweet...I haven't been able to get through lately!)
